Heating systems

A very unstable  energy market in recent years and rapid progress of technique and technology has resulted in a wide range of options when deciding for a heating system.

First it is necessary to select a source of energy (firewood, wood chips, pellets, sun, air, water, soil, …), then the transmission medium (air, water, …), after this the method of heating (radiators, convector, radiant, …) and also a way of distribution of power within the premises at appropriate intervals and with appropriate strength. Considering all these options it would be very difficult to find a solution that would be optimal for a wider range of people.

Heating / cooling systems

Why invest in an expensive heating system that you might use only 7 months of the year on average 50% of its strength? The invasion of heat pumps enforces us to think about building heating / cooling systems, which can  be used 10 months a year at almost the same initial investment.

Heat pumps are one of the most eco-friendly and energy cost-effective means of heating or preparing hot water. Their technologically advanced system enables heating and cooling the building in various ways through the use of renewable energy sources in our surroundings. The heat pump extracts heat from air, water or soil, and then transfer it to a facility where it is converted into energy. Passive cooling using the energy of the earth or air or active cooling,  in the night-time can enable you restful sleep even in the warmest days of the year.

Heat pumps are a true investment in the future; despite the slightly higher initial investment costs thanks to lower heating costs the investment may be reimbursed within a few years.

Intelligent Home is a common name for well-organized and well-tuned “servants”, which carry out many tedious tasks instead of you, reminding you if there is something wrong or taking care for your comfort in your home. Ventilation systems

When replacing windows and doors with new ones or when building low-energy house, we can soon get an interesting realization: the house is almost hermetically sealed and has no  uncontrolled ventilation, which is good from an energy point of view, but bad from the microclimate point of view and, consequently, from the point of view of the comfort of our stay. Without fresh air even flowers refuse to grow. It is therefore necessary to consider the ventilation of the house.

The best way is ventilation controlled via the ventilation system, which initially cleans the outside air (filters), then  appropriately heats / cools filtered air and  delivers it to where you want it and as much as you want it. At the same time the ventilation system sucks all the dirty and moist air (bathroom …) and brings it out of the house. Even before that, of course, the system ensures that the waste air  heats (if necessary) cold intaken air (recuperation).
